Dear Dr. Amin, this is an excellent question. In the North American versions of these InMode technologies, the Triton three-wavelength fusion laser-hair removal technology includes the 755-Alexandrite and 810-nanometer diode in fusion pulsing called DuoLight for skin types 1, 2, 3, and 4. It also includes the DuoDark, which is an 810-diode and a 1064-nanometer or 1064-nanometer neodynium-yag for skin types 4, 5, and 6. These two applicators, DuoLight, DuoDark, are available in the Triton as well as the stand-alone handpiece, the 810-diode called the Diolaze laser- hair removal applicator
The Optimus Max also comes now in North America with a fusion pulsing laser-hair removal handpieces which are exactly the same in parameters and settings as the Triton. That is the DuoLight, 755-810, and the DuoDark, 810-1064. The advantage in North America of the Optimus Max is it also comes with the options of the Lumecca – intense pulsed light, the Forma, bulk heating, non-ablative RF, Forma Face and larger forma body applicators, as well as the Morpheus M24 burst and the M40 body burst and the Vasculaze 1064-nanometer-long pulse-yag for spider veins and vascular lesions.
The Triton, in North America, only comes with the laser-removal applicators and is a stand-alone high-speed, three-wavelength, two-applicator fusion pulsed technology.
