Dr. R. Stephen Mulholland, MD, is a distinguished Plastic Surgeon with a 25-year career who has become a globally acclaimed lecturer. He has taught over 1,000 advanced workshops to 100,000 physicians across five continents, sharing insights on Aesthetic Medicine, non-invasive technologies, and private pay practice management. Dr. Mulholland co-founded BoomerangFX, a cloud-based practice management software, and digital marketing platform, popular among medical practices worldwide. His expertise is also captured in his book, “The Boomerang Book: Marketing and Managing a High-Performance Practice,” offering guidance for aesthetic medicine practitioners.
Dr. Bruce Dornn, OD, BSc

Born and raised in Southern California, Dr Bruce Dornn graduated from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. & is a Member of AOA, CAO and MAO. He is licensed to practice in both the United States and Canada. He practiced in Denver Colorado for several years before moving to Canada where he founded Dornn Eye Care. Over the last 15 years he developed a Dry Eye Center of Excellence and founded Eye-Revive Inc. Eye Revive offers an extensive line of dry eye products as well as practice management resources and educational courses for Optometrists interested in starting a dry eye specialty.
